Billing and Insurance Information
For the convenience of our patients, we are contracted with most insurance plans, including Medicare, and offer convenient payment plans should the need arise. Our billing department files all claims expeditiously and ensures that all claims are processed correctly. We also offer discount self-pay rates and will gladly accept litigation cases.
